Again, this particular set was captured with my old point and shoot camera during Metallica’s World Magnetic Tour 2009, to coincide with the band’s new album launch. I’ve seen Metallica live several times - I never get tired of them.As I didn’t have an SLR at the time, my best option was to wriggle to the front of the barrier to capture some close up shots of James. For those of you that saw Metallica at the Manchester Evening News Arena, England will know that the stage was in the middle of the venue. As a result, the band kept on legging it around the stage - so it was pretty hard to capture them in one place. Although I must admit, I am quite pleased with the results of these pictures…
